La Torre, the tower, has the access in the courtyard which you can use as a spacious terrace. The flat is 43 m² large and has place for up to 4 persons. It disposes of 3 levels. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a dining corner. A short stair leads to a small living room with a double sofa bed with glassed loop-holes. A half level higher is the bedroom with an orthopaedic double bed and the bathroom. At the garden site you have a view onto the great Tuscan panorama.
The furniture is authentic Tuscan. The kitchen furniture is made of solid walnut wood with real granite worktops. The equipment includes a dishwasher, a stove with 4 ceramic hotplates and an oven, a fridge, a coffee maker and a toaster as well as a hairdryer. There is air conditioning and heating and permanent central hot water supply as well as satellite TV and a stereo system with CD player. Dining and cooking utensils, glasses and cutlery are abundant and of high quality. A washing machine is centrally available.
